Charlotte Piper is the Assistant Vice President of Ventures and Innovation at Ochsner Health, where she leads Ochsner Ventures — the health system’s innovation and investment arm. Her team’s mission is to generate new strategic and financial value for Ochsner by managing the system’s venture portfolio, forging innovation and co-development partnerships, supporting business diversification efforts, and advancing early-stage strategic initiatives on behalf of the Executive Team. Previously, Charlotte managed strategy and program development for Digital Health and innovationOchsner (iO), Ochsner’s in-house innovation lab focused on reimagining the delivery and experience of healthcare. Since joining the organization in 2016, she has partnered closely with senior leadership to drive enterprise strategy, build new capabilities, and steward the system-wide planning process. Charlotte brings a multidisciplinary background to healthcare, with prior experience in management consulting, economic development, and entrepreneurship.
